Head coach of the Super Eagles, Eric Chelle, has released a 23-player squad ahead of Nigeria’s upcoming international friendlies against Iran and Jordan.
The squad features top players including Alex Iwobi, Ademola Lookman, and team captain Wilfred Ndidi.
Originally scheduled to take place in Amman, the matches have been moved to Antalya due to security concerns linked to tensions in the Middle East.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) confirmed that Nigeria will play Iran on March 27 before facing Jordan on March 31 in Antalya.
Other players named in the squad include Maduka Okoye, Samuel Chukwueze, Moses Simon, Frank Onyeka, Paul Onuachu, and Akor Adams.
Chelle also handed first-time invitations to Emmanuel Fernandez, Philip Otele, and Collins Yira Sor, signaling a blend of experience and fresh talent.
Goalkeeper Adebayo Adeleye makes a return to the national team after missing previous selections.
The friendlies are expected to help the coaching crew evaluate player performance and build squad depth ahead of future competitive fixtures.
