From all indications Super Eagles striker, Ahmed Musa, looks unstoppable as he scored the winner as CSKA Moscow defeated Amkar Perm 2-1 to keep the army club top of the Russia league table.
CSKA Moscow now have 17 points from 7 games to remain on top of the league.
Ahmed Musa scored in the 77th minute to give CSKA a vital win.
Musa, who has now netted five times this season, said he hopes to sustain the pace.
“It has been wonderful, I am happy with my form and that of my team. I hope to keep the pace,” he said.
“I have several targets this season which include getting the top scorers’ awards, league and cup as well as to do well in the Champions League. It’s a gradual thing.
Musa is the second joint top scorer in the Russia league with five goals, two goals behind leading scorer Dzyba.
