Troubled Super Eagles striker Osaze Odemwingie won’t be sold cheaply in the summer says West Brom manager, Steve Clarke.
Odemwingie looks certain to leave the Hawthorns this summer after publicly stating that he wants a move.
The Nigerian star has repeatedly moaned about his treatment by the club during the second half of the season, but the club will not budge on the £4m price-tag that they want for the player.
“He has signed a contract,” Clarke said. “I think his goal record for West Brom is something like one in three.
“Whoever wants him has to pay the market value. Is that the same as it was in January. Yes. We are not a charity,” the coach said.
