Nigerian Afro-Soul singer Chike Osebuka, popularly known as Chike, has released a new single titled “Pity My Soul,” featuring his elder brother Syemca, amidst reports linking him to Sandra Onyenucheya, the estranged wife of Frank Edoho.

The heartfelt track is now available on major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, and YouTube Music. “Pity My Soul” combines Afro-Soul and R&B elements, with lyrics exploring themes of emotional exhaustion, empathy, and personal struggles.

Chike teased the release on his verified X (formerly Twitter) handle, @officialchike, posting simply, “Pity My Soul!” Fans interpreted the post as a subtle response to the ongoing controversy surrounding his personal life.

The timing of the release has sparked mixed reactions. Some believe Chike is using the song to express his emotions, while others argue it is a strategic move to capitalize on heightened public attention and boost the visibility of the new track.

Despite the speculation, “Pity My Soul” showcases Chike’s signature soulful sound and reflective lyricism, reaffirming his place in Nigeria’s Afro-Soul music scene.
