Our world is made up of so many incredible women, and so many amazing changes in our world are being made by women who recognize their importance.

A mentally strong woman is not about how cute she looks on any given day. It is not about being popular, and it’s not about earning the most money.

It is about character. It is being good examples for others and taking good care of oneself at the same time.

Queen Ramat Adedayo Adeyemi, heartrob of His Imperial Majesty, the Alaafin of Oyo, is one of the few shrewd and mentally strong women in our society .

Confidence is a HUGE part of being mentally strong, and a great comfort, Ayaba Ramat Adedayo ( Iyalekoto) always goes the extra mile by sharing her confidence with others.

Iyalekoto spends time on worthy causes and important matters, which keeps her minds happy.

The amiable Queen sees the glass as half full and not half empty and wants to bring good vibes with her everywhere she goes..

It may not always be possible to display optimism and positivity at all times, but Queen Adedayo wants to do her best to keep a growth mindset as often as she can.

Her brightness greatly impacts her moods and others’ moods as well.

She doesn’t need to lift a car over her head to be strong. Indeed, Iyalekito often shows her strength in more measured ways than with physical strength.

She is clear about what she wants without being aggressive. She can move quickly and respond with physical strength, just as she applies her skills to the task at hand and never shies away from a more challenging request.

Astute Queen Adedayo who clocks 78 years today (the 29th of June, 2021) fights for what she believes in, no matter the cost. She works hard toward a goal without giving up. Iyalekoto can’t be distracted from her steady work habits that lead toward her goal.

She confidently speaks up for herself and others when necessary, as she has an applicable reason to pursue her goals.

Ayaba Ramat keeps working toward her goal, no matter what setbacks come her way. She does not change her mind when she has set it to a goal.

What is more, she has developed a variety of skills and talents that help her in both everyday life and more challenging situations. She stays firm and strong in the face of adversity. She takes chances and risks when trying to achieve her goals.

Compassion is often seen as a female quality, even to the point of self-sacrifice. But there are more interesting words to describe Iyalekoto’s kindness than “nice” or “loving.”

She is affectionate, amicable, benevolent, considerate, devoted, doting , diplomatic, empathetic, generous, kindhearted, merciful, and trustworthy.

Also, Queen Ramat Adedayo is adventurous, affable, ambitious, captivating, confident, dazzling, dynamic, effervescent, enigmatic, inspiring, and magnetic.

One interesting feature of Iyalekoto is that she faces her fears, problems, and issues. She tackles them head on, and does not run away from them.

Human beings run into different fears throughout our lives, but it is how we handle them that will determine if we are being mentally strong.

We all have it in us to face our fears, but sometimes we don’t know how to do so. Time is the best solution to this confusion.

Iyaleko does not rush to overcome any fear, but she starts taking steps toward the ultimate goal of overcoming the fear. Slow and steady, according to her, often wins the race.

I count your blessings, the conscientious Queen, not your wrinkles.

Whatever with the past has gone, the best is always yet to come.

You are not getting old, you are getting awesome.

Iyalekoto, Epitome of good motherhood, wrinkles are your medals of the passage of life. They are what you have been through and who you want to be.

Happy birthday Ya alalubarika, Iya rere, Abiyamo tooto. Age with grace. Kaaaaaabiyesi o.
