Toyin Adu, the representative of Ondo State, has been declared winner of the Star Prize of 2023 edition of the Conference of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO).
The initiator of COWLSO and First Lady, Senator Remi Tinubu, was in attendance during the event in Lagos.
Senator Tinubu started the initiative when she was First Lady of Lagos State from 1999 to 2007.
Toyin Adu won a three-bedroom flat in Lekki area of Lagos.
The prize was announced by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State to the mammoth crowd.
