APC accuses PDP of creating atmosphere of fear, plotting violence ahead of Bayelsa, Kogi governorship elections

APC

The Southwest Zonal Chapter of the All Progressives Congress heartily congratulates Dr. John Kayode Fayemi for being trustworthy of the mandate of Ekiti State people as their governor for the next four years.
It has been a long tortuous journey but one worth the fight for the freedom of the people. We, therefore, congratulate him for the extraordinary courage he displayed during this journey.
We also thank the people of Ekiti State for reposing their faith in our party and candidate.
We are aware of their yearnings for purposeful and progressive governance, which is in tandem with the cultural make-up of a typical aboriginal Ekiti.
We want to assure the people of Ekiti State that our candidate, Dr. Fayemi, is equally aware of the task ahead and is prepared. Hence his eight point agenda.
We, therefore, solicit the support of everyone to make this new administration achieve the programmes of our party and thereby engender timely and sustainable socioeconomic benefits for everyone.
We enjoin Dr. Fayemi to quickly rally the party loyalists and begin earnestly the task of rebuilding Ekiti State and our party for the next general elections.
Signed:

Ayo Afolabi, Zonal Secretary, South West.
