Valencia of Spain forward, Sadiq Umar, on Tuesday, arrived Super Eagles camp in Kigali.
His arrival brings the number of players to 22 of the 23 invited to camp for the crucial encounter.
Alhassan Yusuf, based in the USA is the only player still being expected to join his colleagues.
