A former Member of the Governing Board of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Prince Oyekunle Oyewumi, has felicitated the Minister of Youth Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande, on the occasion of his birthday today, April 8, 2026.
Describing the Minister as humble, cerebral and youth-friendly, the Ogbomoso Prince applauded the giant strides of Olawande in youth empowerment and development.
The businessman stressed that the Minister has over the years championed youth- focused initiatives and policies, adding that his appointment by President Bola Tinubu is no doubt, a round peg in a round hole.
Oyewumi said, “I congratulate Comrade Ayodele Olawande (WISDOM), Minister of Youth Development on his birthday.
“As a youth advocate, your contributions to the development of the Nigerian youth are enormous and worthy of emulation.
“Continue to uphold your good works as you serve the nation meritoriously”.
