Mourinho: No loan deal for Victor Moses

victor-mosesThe chief coach of English Premiership club, Chelsea FC, Jose Mourinho, has made it very clear that he would not be willing to release club’s striker, Nigeria’s Victor Moses on a loan deal.

The former manager of Real Madrid disclosed that, if there is going to be anything concerning transfer of Moses, it must on permanent basis.

Chelsea said they do not want Victor Moses to go on loan as they would only allow a permanent exit, a situation which scuppered Everton’s hopes of getting yet another deal on the Nigerian star player.

The 22-year-old Nigeria international winger worked with Roberto Martinez during their time at Wigan and, following the arrival of a new boss at Stamford Bridge, Everton had hoped they could talk Jose Mourinho into a season-long loan deal.

But the Chelsea boss is not keen on a temporary exit for Moses, with claims that he will only consider a permanent departure for the former Crystal Palace man.

Moses, who made a big impact at Chelsea last season – scoring 10 goals in 43 appearances, is understood to be valued at £8million and Everton are unlikely to fork out such an amount.

Moses’ future at Chelsea remains unclear as he is some way down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge and his game-time is likely to be limited next season although there are several other Premier League clubs keeping an eye on him.
