A few days after his rumoured death, former Military President, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, on Friday, arrived Minna International Airport in a boarded aircraft wearing a black kaftan and black cap to match.
Babangida, known as IBB, arrived around 3:30pm from Germany in a chartered aircraft N550 DR after a medical trip.
The former Military President was in company of his son Aminu and daughter Halima and was welcomed at the airport by his first son, Mohammed Babangida, former governor Engr. Abdulkadir Kure, daughter Aisha Babangida, Umar Ndanusa and former federal permanent secretary Idris Adamu Kuta.
Although he did not speak with reporters, one of his aides said: “You can see that the General is back. Now, nobody can write that he is dead. He is back”.
He was immediately driven straight to his Hilltop mansion.
