Hernia surgery: Balotelli ruled out till February

Set to undergo a hernia surgery on Friday, Liverpool striker, Mario Balotelli, has been ruled out of playing until February.
The Italian faces three months on the sidelines when he has the operation, in what is the latest blow for the controversial forward.
Balotelli agreed to a loan move back to the Serie A giants for a season after being frozen out at Anfield by former boss, Brendan Rodgers.
The ex-Manchester City man had made a good start to his loan stint with Milan with him getting on the scoresheet, as well as impressing people around the club with an improved attitude.
But his injury means he faces a battle to prove himself to the club as they decide whether to make his temporary arrangement permanent, while his chances of forcing his way back into the national side for the Euros will be affected by his injury.
The Italy international joined the Reds from Milan in the summer of 2014 in a £16m deal but a nightmare season as well as reports of various off-field incidents sealed his fate.
