National telecoms operator, Globacom is now set to present prizes to the first set of winners in its recently launched 10th anniversary subscriber loyalty reward promotion, the Glo “Recharge to Stardom” promo.

In a statement released by the company on Wednesday in Lagos, Glo stated that cheques and prizes ranging from N5milion, N1milion, N25,000 and N10,000 each will be presented to winners in the promo at the popular Slide & Bounce concert scheduled to hold at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos on Saturday.

The first series of draws for winners in the promo have been concluded and lucky winners have been invited to personally pick up their cheques in front of the over 2,000 people expected to grace the concert during the weekend.

“We are doing this in line with our wish to ensure that many of our subscribers rejoice at this time that we are celebrating the 10th anniversary of our operations. We have also decided to present the prizes at the concert in order to demonstrate the high level of transparency and fairness we are putting into the conduct of the promotion”, the company explained in the statement.

The Glo “Recharge to Stardom” promo is offering thousands of loyal subscribers on the Glo network the opportunity to celebrate with Glo by winning various prizes ranging from N10,000 up to the grand prize of N25 million during the promo.

Speaking at the launch of the promo recently in Lagos, Mr. Kemi Kaka, Globacom’s National Sales Coordinator (Channels) said that prepaid and post-paid Glo subscribers who recharge with N200 and above during the promo period stand a chance of winning any of the prizes ranging from N10,000 to N5million while subscribers who recharge up to N5,000 during the promo period stand a chance of winning the grand prize of N25million.

“The grand prize of N25million will be won by a customer at the end of the promo. Fifty people will win N1milion each while twenty people will win N5million. Thousands of others will also win prizes ranging from N10,000 to N25,000”, he said.
