Buhari, Osinbajo, ministers, others at NASS for 2019 Budget presentation

President Muhammadu Buhari is currently at the National Assembly presenting the 2019 Budget before the joint session of the Senate and the House of Representatives.
The president arrived the complex at 12:40 amidst cheers from the lawmakers, particularly the All Progressives Congress (APC ) lawmakers.
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is also at the complex.
Osinbajo arrived at about 11: 40 a.m. and was ushered into the chamber in the company of ministers and other government functionaries.
Security was tight in and around the complex.
Meanwhile, only accredited newsmen and supporting staff of the National Assembly such as the Sergeants-at-Arm were allowed into the premises.
Vehicular movement was highly restricted, as most people who were accredited trekked to the premises.
Both chambers had earlier held plenary before converging on the house of representatives chamber for the budget presentation.
