Why Nigerians want Osinbajo to succeed Buhari, by Adejuwon

The National Director Media and Publicity for the group, Adejuwon Babatunde, said that the group “is determined and motivated more than ever before to remain resolute in their call on the VP to get into the contest by the depth of his character, status of his competence, charisma, courage and capacity to be at the helm of affairs come 2023”.

He further reiterated that, with the consistently rising integrity graph of Osinbajo and the opportunity presented by his seven years as an active and involved Vice President, “we will be doing ourselves and the country a huge disservice if we allow such qualities to go to waste and allow the giant strides of the present administration to get distorted”.
Adejuwon said the reception and acceptance “we have received from Nigerians across religion, gender, ethnic and political spheres is amazing and very encouraging for us to ensure we deliver on this project we have decided to embark upon in the interest of our nation and the future generation”.

He concluded by assuring Nigerians who have been asking when the formal declaration will be made by the VP to expect the announcement soon, and when it is going to be done, we shall all be informed and it is going to be an event that will remain in our memories forever.

The convener of the group, Olawale Badmus, thanked Nigerians for their selfless support and belief in Osinbajo.
He enjoined others still waiting on the wings to come on board “as this is our project, our future and our biggest opportunity at proper nation building”.
