Video: Man driving passengers to attend burial ‘wants to kill other people’

An officer of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), in this video, is asking a driver who loaded his vehicle with people, even on the roof of the vehicle, if he wants to kill other people before getting to the venue.
