PSG to expand stadium after 'capturing Messi'

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) vs Arsenal is one of the highly anticipated UEFA Champions League semi-final matches as they both look to win the competition for the first time in their history.
The two teams will face off in the second leg of their semi-final tie on May 7, at the Parc des Princes Stadium in Paris, France, with PSG holding a narrow 1-0 lead from the first leg played at the Emirates on April 30.

PSG will be heading into the second leg full on confidence and fully rested after securing the Ligue 1 trophy. On the other hand, Arsenal will be coming into this game with their heart focused on winning the Champions League after they lost the Premier League to Liverpool.

In their previous encounters, Arsenal dominated PSG, winning 3 out of 6 matches, while PSG managed only 1 win, and 2 draws were recorded. Both sides have met each other this season in the competition having securing victory over the other so far.

Arsenal won the first leg of this tie 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium during the group phase while PSG won the first leg of the semi-final clash.

Both teams have shown varying degrees of success in their recent matches. PSG has won 2, drawn 1, and lost 2 of their last 5 matches, scoring an average of 1.2 goals per match. Arsenal, on the other hand, has won 2, drawn 1, and lost 2 of their last 5 matches as well.

On paper, PSG’s dominant force from the forward players will be enough to see the Parisians book a place in the final of the competition. It is believed PSG will win the game 2-1 and qualify 3-1 on aggregate.
