President Bola Tinubu, on Thursday, renamed the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) as Muhammadu Buhari University.
Tinubu announced the honour at the session of tributes of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) to his late predecessor.
Buhari, who died in a London Clinic on Sunday, was buried in Daura on Tuesday.
