The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, returned to the country on Friday night.

The former governor of Lagos State from 1999 to 2007 travelled to London, Britain in July on medical ground.

From London, he also went to Paris, France.
Many prominent Nigerians, including President Muhammadu Buhari, governors, senators, House of Representatives members, Lagos State House of Assembly members and others visited Asiwaju in London.

At the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos to receive him on Friday night were Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State and some aides.

His plane touched down about 9pm and taxied to the ExecuJet terminal where he came out through the Quits Aviation Services and Legend Hotel area.

Tunde Rahman, his Media aide, posted on his Instagram page a photo of the arrival.
Rahman wrote: “With Asiwaju on his return to Nigeria Friday night”.
