Serena: My game is coming together

World number one Serena Williams admits her game is coming together after she recorded a straight-sets win over Daria Kasatkina.
The American showed no signs of letting up as she cruised past her teenage opponent on Friday.
The young Russian, who was playing in Australia for the first time, was unable to build any rhythm and she eventually fell to a 6-1, 6-1 defeat.
Although she was well beaten, the youngster was praised by Williams after the match, which lasted just 44 minutes on Rod Laver Arena.
After tasting victory, Williams will now play Margarita Gasparyan and the 34-year-old believes her game is clicking at the perfect time.
“I definitely think I played better today. Everything I’ve been trying to work on was kind of clicking today,” she said. “I thought I played pretty well in the other matches. My first match I thought I gave a great effort. My second match I thought, under the circumstances, I thought I played well. Hopefully with each match I can just do better.”
