Police declare pupil who stabbed friend to death wanted

A pupil of Muslim Grammar School, Odinjo, Ibadan, Oyo State, who stabbed his fellow student, Taoheed Aresa, to death has been declared wanted by the state police command.
Freedom Online learned that he committed the crime on Friday.
One of the students of the school revealed that the duo were engaged in an argument in Odinjo when the suspect stabbed Aresa in the stomach.
He said: “The wound was so severe that Aresa’s intestines came out. People tried to save him but it was too late. He died before he got to the hospital”.
Other students took to their heels and when policemen arrived, they took the body away.
The suspect, aided by some of his friends, ran away before the arrival of the police.
The police said a manhunt has been launched for his arrest.
