Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has sacked commissioners and other appointees in the state executive council.
Aiyedatiwa, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary (CPS), Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan, ordered all members of the exco to hand over to the Permanent Secretaries or the most senior administrative officers in their respective offices, with immediate effect.
The governor also relieved all Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) and Special Assistants (SAs) of their duties and directed them to hand over all government property in their possession.
However, Aiyedatiwa appreciated the concerned officials for their services and contributions to the development of the Ondo State.
