Unknown Nigerian striker, Olanrewaju Kehinde, has shot to the top of the goal scorers’ chart in Israeli second division league.
The 20-year-old striker is joint top scorer with Ido Exband of Maccabi Ahi Nazareth with 16 goals each.
The former Maccabi Tel Aviv forward scored a brace on Friday as his side Hapoel Afula beat Hapoel Kfar Saba 2-0.
He opened the scoring in the 58th minute and completed a brace in the 83rd minute.
Hapoel Afula are now fourth on the league table with 44 points in 25 matches.
He has played for Kwara United in Nigeria as well as Maccabi Tel Aviv and Hakoah Ramat Gan in Israel.
