Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, on Saturday, cast his vote at his Amaube ward 2, Ohum Orba, Udenu local government of the state.
The Governor, who voted at 10:45am, expressed disappointment with INEC officials who arrived late at most polling units. He expressed worry that in some units, electoral materials were not seen, and in some, the materials were not complete.
There was a massive turnout of voters and no presence of INEC officials/ electoral officials, a signal that called for concern.
Some voters declared that “there is a plot to rig the election”.
