Falcon Aerospace Ltd., doing business as VivaJets, says it has received Air Operators Certificate (AOC) from the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).
The Chief Executive Officer of Falcon Aerospace, Mr Chukwuerika Achum, made this known in a statement on Sunday in Lagos.
According to Achum, NCAA awarded the certificate to the company in January.
He decribed the award as a milestone in the company’s quest to become Africa’s largest and most efficient business aviation provider.
He said that the certification would enhance the company’s capacity to make business aviation more accessible and help it to deliver vital business connectivity needed by Africa.
“The certification comes at a time of rapid global expansion and technological innovations for the firm,” Achum said.
