A car drove into a group of people injuring six to seven people, the police said on Friday.
The car went off the road near Füllinsdorf, about 15 kilometres south east of Basel.
Spokesman for the police said they assumed it was an accident and no other motive behind the incident.
The police did not provide any other information on the injured or drivers of the car.
