Lobi Stars’ Eduwo breaks 3SC’s back

Lobi Stars striker, Kingsley Eduwo, scored a back-breaking goal that gave his team victory over Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan at the Lekan Salami Stadium.
Eduwo, who left Shooting Stars two seasons ago, smashed what proved the match winner after 15 minutes of action in Ibadan.
Meanwhile, in another match in Akure, Sunshine Stars were forced to a 1-1 draw by Akwa United.
Afolabi Okiki gave hosts Sunshine the lead after 12 minutes, before Friday Ubong drew Akwa level in the 24th minute.

Akwa were reduced to 10 men after Godpower Igudia was sent off after a second booking in the second half.
The team from Uyo had to defend with their lives in the closing minutes as Sunshine chased a winning goal.
In other matches, Giwa fell 1-0 in Jos to visiting FC IfeanyiUbah, Ikorodu United drew 1-1 with Abia Warriors, Wikki stopped El Kanemi 1-0 in Katsina and Warri Wolves played out a 0-0 draw at Heartland.
