KESHI WITH IGESUND 2Super Eagles chief coach, Stephen Keshi, at the moment has nothing on his mind other than ensuring the defeat of the Bafana Bafana right in front of their home fans in South Africa in Wednesday’s Mandela Cup Challenge.

“Our aim is to win every game we go into and this one would not be different,” he said.

Keshi has named a strong squad for the Mandela Challenge with the likes of Chelsea winger Victor Moses listed and hopes to use this game to prepare for the decisive 2014 World Cup qualifier against Malawi next month.

“We hope to use this match to know the best way to tackle our most important game next month,” he disclosed.

However, Chelsea star Mikel will not be available for selection on Wednesday, officials said.

Team spokesman Ben Alaiya said, “We are not sure if Mikel would make it because we have just been informed he is a little under the weather.

“But Victor Moses, Fegor Ogude and Nnamdi Oduamadi would be available for selection. The three players will be part of the final training this evening (Tuesday) at match time.”

The game kicks off by 8.15 pm local time, which is 7.15pm Nigerian time.
