Governor Mukhtar Yero of Kaduna State has announced the dissolution of the state Executive Council with immediate effect.
A statement by Alhaji Ahmed Maiyaki, the Director General, Media and Publicity to the governor directed all commissioners in the state to hand over to their permanent secretaries by Friday.
“Gov. Yero thanked the outgoing members of the council for their valuable contributions to the state and wished them success in their future endeavours”, the statement added.
No reason was given for the dissolution.
