People of Ijebu North East Local Government Area are elated.
They are busy singing the praises of the Senator representing Ogun East Senatorial District, Otunba (Engr) Justus Olugbenga Daniel.
Reason: The former governor of Ogun State (2003 – 2011) has installed a modern solar-powered mini-grid at Atan General Hospital to cater for the medical needs of the area.
Daniel’s intervention is expected to provide uninterrupted electricity supply, enhance hospital operations and support the effective functioning of critical medical equipment.
From street to street, residents are singing the praises of the former governor for his philanthropist gesture and for taking care of their health needs.
To them, this gesture is a reinforcement of what Daniel did when he was governor of the Gateway State.
Daniel, known as OGD (Otunba Gbenga Daniel), established the hospital when he was governor.
