For allegedly abusing Naira, E-Money arrested by EFCC

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested popular Lagos socialite, Emeka Okonkwo Daniel (E-Money), for allegedly abusing the Naira.
E-Money was picked up on Monday night in Lagos.
“He was arrested at his Omole, Lagos residence. Preliminary investigations are ongoing, and he will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded”, said a source.

He was also arrested for allegedly spraying United States (U.S.) dollars, an act said to be in violation of the Foreign Exchange Act.
The source confirmed that the businessman is currently being flown to Abuja for questioning.
E-Money is the brother of popular Nigerian singer, KCee.
