A medical expert on Friday in Abuja advised Nigerians to avoid working in a manner that would make them vulnerable to stress-related health challenges.

Dr Godspower Oshodin, Media Director, Continual-G Nigeria, said this during a chat with newsmen on the sideline of unveiling the company’s anti-stress dietary supplements.

He said although it was good to work hard to make ends meet, taking care of the body was also imperative.

He described the wellness solutions as a revolutionary dietary supplement to significantly enhance cellular glutathione levels after a single dose.

He added that the introduction marked a major advancement in combating oxidative stress.

“Today marks a milestone, not just for our company but for every individual seeking to take control of their health in a novel way.”

“We are honored to introduce Continual-G with Glyteine to the Nigerian market and look forward to empowering our community with a product that epitomises innovation, backed by science”, he said.

He said the product was the outcome of intensive research that targets the root causes of oxidation.

Experts say stress manifest in several ways including difficulty to make decisions, unable to concentrate on tasks and difficulty in remembering things.

They say it also manifests in unnecessary worries,  snapping at people, biting of nails and finding it difficult to get enough sleep.
