Ifeanyi, three-year-old son of popular Nigerian musician, David Adeleke (Davido), is dead.
Ifeanyi was born on October 20, 2019, by Davido’s girlfriend, Chioma Rowland.
He drowned in a private swimming pool at the family’s residence in Lagos on Monday.
A source said: “The boy was inside the swimming pool for too long. Later, some domestic staff pulled him out and rushed him to the hospital. By the time they got to Lagoon Hospital, it was already too late”.
It was gathered that when the incident happened, Chioma was in Ibadan, Oyo State for a family engagement and left Ifeanyi with a female domestic assistant.
Davido was on his way to the United States.
A week ago, Chioma and Davido celebrated Ifeanyi’s third birthday in grand style.
