WAFU U-17: Nigeria defeat Burkina Faso, qualify for final

football_goalTop Croatian club, Hadjuk Split. are ready to improve their initial offer for Nigeria U-20 striker Olanrewaju Kayode.

Ihe Serbian club will step up their offer for the striker and only need to reach him so as to do so.

“Hadjuk Split are keen to sign the player and have tried to make contact with him and his agent to come down for proper negotiations, meaning they could improve on what they initially proposed to the player,” it was gathered.

Probably the biggest stumbling block for Kayode would be getting his international transfer clearance from Ivorian club Asec Mimosas.

On Tuesday, the Nigeria U20 star said on his Facebook page that he hopes to expose a top Nigerian football chieftain, who has tried to wreck his career.

He said he will go public with his expose soon.

A proposed move to Esperance for Kayode fell through after the Tunisian club inserted a hefty get-out clause in the contract.

Kayode has represented Nigeria at U17, U20 and Olympic team levels.
