Cornerstone Anointed Church of Christ Pastor in messy property acquisition deal in Lagos

Pastor and Mrs. Unoaramhi

Pastor Peter Unoaramhi of Cornerstone Anointed Church of Christ (CACC) at 56/57 Nuru Oniwo Street, Aguda- Surulere, Lagos, and his wife, Becky, are at the centre of a conflict over the property of the late Chief Felix Olanrewaju Amasha, who stated in his Will that no one should sell his house.
According to Chief Amasha’s eldest child, Mrs Betty Enahoro, three of the children and one beneficiary of the Will decided to act against their father’s testamentary instructions and offered the house for sale, which made Mrs Enahoro to institute a legal action against them.

She insisted that the house must not be sold against the testamentary guardianships of their late father, who stated in his Will that the children should be celebrating Christmas there every year.
Mrs Enahoro added that while the suit was still on, the pastor paid N65 million for the house to her siblings identified as Abayomi, Foluke, Bosun and another beneficiary, Dupe.
She said: “The Church members were later sighted in the house sprinkling anointing oil around the property, which made some of the tenants to park out of the building.

“Currently, three of the six flats in the building are vacant and have been locked by members of Cornerstone Anointed Church of Christ, claiming they have paid for the building, that renovating and documentation is ongoing. Is the CACC above the law so much that they would not wait for the litigation process to come to a logical conclusion?”
Pastor Unoaramhi has been running the CACC for 28 years with his wife Becky (First Lady), who used to have an acting career at the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), and played the role of Tinu in the now rested Soap Opera, ‘Mirror in the Sun’.
Mrs Enahoro said that she was initially approached by her sibling’s associate, Sunday Abiola Ajayi aka Parie (Finish It), who appealed to her to collaborate in selling the house. But, she insisted that it must not be sold.
Mrs Enahoro’s sibling, Henry Abayomi Amasha, allegedly teamed up with Parie and another agent identified as Eniola Osho who brought in the CACC on the same street to buy the house against the late owner’s last Will and Testament.

This news is a lie, Pastor Peter and Mummy Becky are people of integrity, Mrs Enahoro did not want her portion sold and she was not forced from her apartment, other co-owners sold theirs to the Church and they have been paid. The property does not belong to Pastor Peter or any of His family members, find out, the property belongs to Jesus Christ who is living an active to defend himself……find out.

Pastor Peter and Mummy Becky are doing a great job by nurturing souls for Jesus Christ, giving hope to the hopeless through the help of Holy Spirit.

The property in question was bought for Jesus Christ for the purpose of nurturing souls, more properties will still be bought for Jesus Christ..

More blessing to those who agreed to sell for Jesus Christ use.
