Abia APC guber running mate defects to PDP

Abia State All Progressives Congress (APC) deputy governorship candidate, Prince Fred Eke Idika, on Thursday, defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He defected at the Umuahia Township Stadium, venue of the PDP Women Presidential Campaign Rally attended by Governor Theodore Orji, Dame Patience Jonathan, the PDP governorship candidate, Dr. Victor Okezie Ikpeazu, government and PDP officials.
Idika declared that he left the APC with over 20,000 of his supporters.
