Weeks after they were abducted in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State, the schoolchildren and teachers kidnapped by suspected terrorists have been rescued.
Presidential spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga, on Friday, confirmed that the victims were freed through the efforts of security agencies.
They were abducted on May 15 when terrorists invaded the community, abducting 46 pupils, teachers and a principal.
One of the teachers was killed.
