15 million Nigerians may not vote, says INEC

More than 15 million voters may not exercise their franchise during the February 14 and 28 general elections. Reason: they are yet to collect their Permanent Voter Cards‎ (PVCs).
This was disclosed on Thursday by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Kayode Idowu, the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the INEC Chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega, said that the PVCs yet to be distributed were at INEC headquarters in all the 774 councils in the country.
