The Super Eagles camp in Morocco came alive on Sunday with the arrival of Alex Iwobi, William Troost-Ekong and eight other players for the crucial World Cup Qualifier Playoff against Panthers of Gabon.

Super Eagles and Panthers are billed to clash on Thursday November 13 in the first semifinal clash as Cameroon and DR Congo are also expected to play later same day in the playoff series involving four teams.

Only one ticket is available for the four Confederation of Africa Football teams and after this round, the winner will play in the intercontinental playoffs involving six teams from all the confederations with two FIFA World Cup tickets available.

Other players in camp as at 6.30pm on Sunday were Calvin Bassey, Samuel Chukwueze, Tolu Arokodare, Wilfred Ndidi, Olakunle Olusegun, Moses Simon, Benjamin Fredricks and Chigozie Awaziem.

More players are expected to arrive late on Sunday night and early on Monday. Some of the players invited, including striker Victor Osimhen, were still in action on Sunday for their respective clubs abroad.

A total of 24 players were invited by Eric Chelle for the big tournament and so 14 more players are expected to join Chelle in Morocco.
