WOMA 2024 kicks off with Round-Table Discussion

*Experts jaw jaw on survival strategies in Nigerian entertainment

The Steering Committee of the Wale Olomu Memorial Awards (WOMA 2024) proudly announces the commencement of its two-part event series, designed to spotlight critical issues in the Nigerian entertainment industry and honour trailblazers.

The first event, a Roundtable Discussion, will feature prominent speakers addressing the theme: “Building Broad-Based Safety Nets for Veteran & Indigent Practitioners.”

SPEAKING GUESTS:
Mike Okri – Iconic Nigerian musician, renowned for evergreen hits such as Time Na Money and Rhumba Dance.

Foluke Daramola-Salako – Acclaimed Nollywood actress and activist, deeply committed to humanitarian causes within the industry.

Oluwaseun Ajasa – Leading legal expert and Managing Partner at Abraham, Thompsons & Co.

The event will be hosted by Femi Akintunde-Johnson (FAJ) and Tokunbo Ojekunle, live on TopRadio 90.9 FM during The Vintage Talkshow.
