World Evangelism Incorporated (WEBIC) has fixed November 8, 9 and 11 for this year’s convention (MANTLE 2018).
Announcing this to elated congregants during a special  service held on Sunday at the church’s headquarters in Lagos, the Resident Pastor, Rev. Harold Chinonyerem, said this year’s convention would witness tremendous soul winning messages, lectures and symposia even as the choir had been preparing vigorously to thrill the audience with praise and song worship.
He spoke after the guest speaker, Rev. Omowaye, who handled the special service. The cleric prophesied that WEBIC is being tranformed by the Holy Spirit. In fact, he said a new dawn has begun in WEBIC.
Shedding more light on MANTLE 2018, Rev. Chinonyerem said the third day of the convention which is thanksgiving service on November 11 would witness messages to round up the event. Members from across the globe are being expected. Past conventions witnessed carnival-like events. This year, he said, would not be an exception. Members from branches and units of the church always stormed the thanksgiving day with various attires and colours. There would be refreshment for attendees.
As part of the thanksgiving service, Holy Communion will be served. Venue of the convention is the church auditorium at 51/53 Ogudu Road, opposite Area H Police headquaters, Ojota, Lagos. The church premises had been retouched and it is wearing a new look.
Members of the public are invited for this special convention.
