Any commissioner, special adviser, senior special assistant, special assistant and other aides who plot with others to vote for any candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State will be sacked.
The warning was handed over by Governor Idris Wada on Tuesday while addressing Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stakeholders at the Government House, Lokoja.
To the governor, “it is PDP all the way. If there is any aggrieved party member, we can resolve the crisis through our internal crisis resolution mechanism. But, APC is a no-go area.
The Deputy Director-General of the Goodluck/Sambo Campaign Organisation in Kogi State, Prince Olusola Akomode, thanked the governor for his frankness and called on PDP members to ensure an overwhelming victory for President Goodluck Jonathan and all the candidates of the party in the February general elections.
