President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) has signed into law the Students Loan Bill.
The law provides for interest-free loans to indigent Nigerian students.
During the campaign, Tinubu promised to alleviate the sufferings of Nigerian students and promised to bring back into the polity what obtained decades ago when all students, no matter the status of their parents, had access to quality education.
