UNILORIN loses Upper Division graduate before convocation

The management of the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has expressed shock on the death of Miss Taofikat Oloriegbe, a Second Class (Upper Division) graduate of the institution.
Mr Kunle Akogun, the university’s Deputy Director (Information), who spoke in Ilorin on Tuesday, said the university community was saddened by the incident.
 Akogun said the late Taofikat was to be among the institution’s graduating students at its 33rd convocation scheduled for Saturday.
‘‘She died on Monday, October 16 after a brief illness while preparing for the convocation. May her gentle soul rest in peace,’’ he said.
