TEXT OF ASIWAJU BOLA TINUBU’S CONDOLENCE LETTER TO CHIEF BODE GEORGE.

Dear Chief,

It saddens my heart to learn of the death of your beloved son, Dipo.

The loss of a close person, talk less a son, hurts deeply. I know and feel what you are going through at present.

To live and love is often to mourn. This is the human condition. I wish I could say something that might erase the sadness and loss but words fail us at moments like this.

All I can say is that on behalf of my family, please accept our condolences and know that our sympathy and love is with you and your family.

It is for us to keep in remembrance the good person that your son was and to honour him by living up to the ideals of charity and love towards all.

I pray that God bestows on you and your family a special grace to strengthen and carry on through this moment.

Sincerely yours,

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
