Rilwanu Aminu Gadagau, a member of Kaduna State House of Assembly representing Giwa West Constituency, has been shot dead by terrorists.
He was on his way to Kaduna from Giwa when he was killed.
It was also learned that other people were abducted by the terrorists.

Securitymen were immediately drafted to the scene to apprehend the killers.

A former Senator from Kaduna Central District, Shehu Sani, confirmed the incident via his Twitter handle on Wednesday.

He said Gadagau was shot while on his way to Kaduna and had given up the ghost.

He tweeted: “Pray for a member of Kaduna State House of Assembly. A tragedy a day. Inna lillahi wainna Illayhir rajiun”.
