Sunday Igboho arrested on way to Germany

Weeks after he was declared wanted by the Federal Government, Chief Sunday Adeyemo (Sunday Igboho), has been arrested in Cotonou, Benin Republic.
Freedom Online learned he was arrested by Beninoise security at the airport in Cotonou on his way to Germany on Monday night.
Some members of his family are based in the European country.
“He is still being detained in Benin Republic but will be brought back to Nigeria immediately”, said a security source.
