Mr Chibuzor Okeke, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Candidate for Idemili North, Anambra House of Assembly, said that the scarcity of money and fuel has limited his campaign activities.
Okeke said that the people are currently passing through hard times that need drastic and urgent steps to ameliorate their sufferings.
The APC Candidate, speaking in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday in Ogidi, said, if elected, he would champion laws that would have human face.
Okeke said that although he had covered communities in Idemili North, he would have loved to do a last-minute recap.
He said that the people needed to be well sensitized on electoral process and need to shun electoral inducement.
Okeke said that the area, made up of Obosi, Abatete, Eziowelle, Ideani, Uke, Oraukwu Nkpor, Umuoji, Abacha, and Ogidi (all in Idemili North) is huge and needed to be well informed about right political gains.
Okeke said that the constituents would enjoy robust legislation if he is elected and urged the electorates to vote wisely.
“Political parties are merely platforms used to achieve political aspirations, and so candidates should not be seen as parties but be considered on their pedigree,” he said.
Okeke is a graduate of Political Science from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, a successful business man and is married.
