Saraki accuses Buhari of submitting two versions of 2016 Budget

Who gave Senior Special Assistant on National Assembly Matters (Senate), Senator Ita Enang, the version of the 2016 Budget he submitted to the Senate, which was different from the one submitted by his boss, President Muhammadu Buhari, to the National Assembly at a joint session?
Did Buhari give him a ‘doctored’ version to deceive the lawmakers?
After collecting the document from Buhari, did Enang connive with some ‘top politicians’ to tinker with it?
These are some of the questions on the lips of Senators and Nigerians on Thursday when Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, accused Buhari of submitting two versions of the budget to the Upper Chamber.
Saraki and other lawmakers could not understand why Buhari laid one version before the joint session of the National Assembly while Enang submitted another version.
Speaking after a two-hour closed-door session, Saraki said: “We came to a resolution that since we have two versions of the 2016 Budget, we will only accept the one presented by President Buhari. The Budget was never missing. While the President submitted one, the Special Adviser presented another one. Hence the reason for the investigation.”
