After his visit to Lagos State public school teachers currently on training in Bariga towards delivering the educational excellence agenda of the state, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu visited the market to engage market women and men.
The visit by the Governor was to “touch base with our mothers and fathers who feed and make living easy for us”.

The excited traders were surprised to see the governor.
They started singing and dancing.
Sanwo-Olu told them, amid cheers: “Market women and men are very important part of our society who need government attention and support. And our administration will surely support them”.

To his jubilant hosts, the governor expressed appreciation for their contributions to the society and conduct so far.

He assured them that “as an association and individually, you will feel the impact of this government on your lives and trades. Thank you for taking care of us. God will continue to guide you”.
